Les is a highly experienced real estate agent in the greater Dunedin / Mosgiel areas and is proficient in all market conditions.

Les firmly believes the very best person to sell your property is the person who has listed it, because they have all the knowledge about the property, have a comprehensive relationship with the vendor(s) and purchaser(s), and are in the most effective position to negotiate a premium result in the shortest time frame.

Les’ property sales career began in Invercargill, where he was the top salesperson in an office of six, and in the top 3 salespeople in the city at that time. 

After many successful years in Invercargill Les and his family moved to Mosgiel, Dunedin.

From Mosgiel Les established his own real estate company with the express focus on investment property; this included both residential and syndicated commercial/industrial property which culminated in the business being sold to a syndicator.

For the last 16 years Les has had the pleasure of working with many private vendors, buyers and developers of real estate, and continues this today with his own brand: ‘Les Mortimer Real Estate’ (which is a Branch of eXp New Zealand Ltd REAA 2008).
